The actual rate will depend on your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration. There will be a fee for arranging your mortgage. For our high street lenders this will be £995. For Adverse credit lenders the fee will normally be 3% of the mortgage advance, minimum of £1495 and maximum of £3,000. The fee can usually be added to the mortgage amount.
